- 17:00 check-out: 100% room rate surcharge
ROOM RATE:
Room rate included TAX, fee, breakfast. Not included transfer from, to Ben Beo Pier (Catba island)
Price for Food & drinks are not included TAT (10%)
CHILDREN POLICY
- Child under 4-year old: free of charge.
- Child from 4-year old to under 12-year old: surcharge $10/person/room/night.
- Child from 12-year old or extra Adult: surcharge from $15 to $25 /person/room/night (based on each room)
AIRCONDITIONER TIME
+ Because of location condition, electricity is made by generator, it is not stable. For this reason, air-conditioner is only served from 19h00 pm - 06h00 am
SERVICE CHARGE
+ We will charge 50% for all drinks that guests brings to our resort and use them, basing on the price at Catba Sandy Beach
CANCELLATION POLICY
From your side
- If cancellation made After booking: 10% total will be charged.
- If cancellation made less than 7 days prior departure date: 20% total will be charged.
- If cancellation made less than 5 days prior departure date: 50% total will be charged.
- If cancellation made less than 3 day prior departure date: 100% total will be charged.
- In case of no-show, 100% booking cost will be charged.
- Early Bird/Long Stay/Last Min/Package Rates are Non - changeable & Non - refundable
- The refund process will take approximately 7 to 20 working days depending on the intermediary bank. Please notify us at [email protected] when you receive your money back
From our side and bad weather condition
- Our Bungalow on Nam Cat island located on Lan Ha Bay. Reasons for cancellation are usually known as: tropical storms (in summer), foggy weather, tropical monsoon, cyclone, strong wind… The Lan Ha Bay Authority does not allow any boat leave Ben Beo Pier… In this case we will send you 100% refund for booking
- In the event of cancellation, Catba Sandy Beach will inform guest/ travel agents as soon as possible for detail of cancellation risk, possible situation and alternative options to help you plan your trip.
